Cordoba Youth ProjectThe Cordoba Youth Project serves to provide a spiritual and emotional home to teens in the city of Cordoba, Argentina. The desire to fit in often leads teens to high risk sexual behavior and drug dependency, but a dedicate team is in place with the Cordoba Youth Project to help them navigate through these formative years. Cachi ProjectCachi is a town at the foot of the Andes Mountains in Northern Argentina and is the center for reaching the more isolated areas in the Valle de los Calchaquies. Marked by alcoholism, child abuse, poverty, and Mother Earth worship, Marcelo and Nancy Brondo have dedicated themselves to helping the community by starting a church, coordinating medical missions trips and educational teams, and other leading other social projects. La Rinconada ProjectThe small town aptly named "The Corner" is home to a group of impoverished goat farmers that suffer from the lack of basic necessities such as running water, fulltime medical access, and a high school. Fabian and Marcela Abregu are planting a church in the community and hope to bring a water program to satisfy the town's spiritual and physical needs. Mapuche ProjectThe Mapuches are an indigenous community found in Southern Argentina. Unlike their Chilean counterparts, the Argentine Mapuches suffer through the long winters in poverty and isolation. Carlos and Liz Canete are serving the Mapuche people by leading food campaigns, literacy programs, and a community radio project. Seminario Biblico William CareySBWC exists to offer quality conservative theological education to leaders in the Latin American church through distance education. This unique model allows a broad range of students access to previously unattainable training that will help them strengthen their ministry. |
