Sarah Jeffries graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Speech Communication at the same university. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, having been raised in Argentina. Sarah and her husband, Paul, serve in a church plant named LifeConnection in Independence, Missouri.

Sam Masters is a second-generation missionary serving in Cordoba,  Argentina.  Sam leads a church planting team that began the Centro Crecer church in 1997.  The ministry has been blessed with good growth and is now in the process of starting additional works led by families trained in the church. Sam and his wife, Carita, have three children. Their home church is International Bible Baptist Church in Miami, Florida where they served before becoming missionaries.

Jeff Stokes is Executive Pastor of Mill Creek Community Church in Shawnee, KS where he has primary responsibilities for strategic leadership and staff development.  Prior to joining Mill Creek, Jeff was in the business world as principal in a business consulting firm focused on strategic planning and leadership development.   Jeff is blessed to be married to his high school sweetheart Lisa, and they have two grown boys and now are “Nana and Papa” to two wonderful grandchildren.

Gary Pauley is the Senior Pastor of the Mill Creek Community Church. Gary has served in pastoral ministry for 26 years. He has an M.A. from Calvary Theological Seminary. He and his wife and three children live in Kansas City.

Marcel Sanchez graduated from Trinity International University with a B. A. in Human Resources Management in May of 1996 and from the University of Phoenix with a Master of Arts in Organizational Management in October 2002.  After serving more than sixteen years to enable global commerce, Marcel sensed the Lord’s call to leave the largest supply chain solutions provider in the world and enter the ministry.  Marcel prayerfully and enthusiastically accepted the position of Associate Pastor at IBB in April of 2006. Marcel is a Husband, Father, Pastor and President of Motivational Speaking and Training Solutions. Marcel and his wife, Yami, have been married for more than 18 years and have two children, Luke and Savanah.
